Design principles

The solitary appearance of the new building will be emphasized through an urban signal using its natural surrounding area. The implementation of the consultancy center and the general renovations are independent of each other.  Due to spatial segmentation, the publicly accessible area is separated by the transformation. The clear compact layout optimizes the internal development and allows a variable, flexible spatial arrangement of the functional areas.
The continuous translucent glazing of the new building complex is welcoming and open and provides a modern image.
