Design principles

A large open space is created from the building of the new District Court located between the Raiffeisen Bank and the District Court on the Johann Roithner road.  The construction is divided into three main parts aiming to maximize the limited area.

The clear compact layout optimizes the internal development and allows functional areas. The selected support system must be grounded in order to meet the requirements.  Airspaces in the stairway and in the waiting areas increase the spatial effects in the interior.
